    Can I make a shopping list from my office or personal computer? Then can I still update it from my cell phone whenever I need to add something to my list?
  2. Answer:
    Yes you can make your shopping list from any location at the Remindo Rhino's website by clicking on the paper icon link on the shopping list page, and you can always update your list by sending items via text message from your cell phone to your list.
  3. Question:
    Are there any cost associated with the Remindo Rhino website?
  4. Answer:
    No. The only fees that apply are your cell phone provider fees for standard text messaging.
  5. Question:
    How many items can I place on my list?
  6. Answer:
    There is no limit to the number of items you can add to your shopping list.
  7. Question:
    Is there a time frame, from when I need to print my list before it gets erased?
  8. Answer:
    No, the list is valid until you print it. The list does not get erased until you print your list. After it has been printed, you can still view and print it from the Remindo Rhino website.
  9. Question:
    Is there an advantage from printing my list at the store or at home?
  10. Answer:
    Printing your list at the store allows you to receive special offers from the store. Also, you do not have to keep track of your list before you arrive at the store.
  11. Question:
    When will I be able to print my list at a Remindo Rhino Kiosk within a store?
  12. Answer:
    The kiosks are in the planning phase of being placed in the stores. They will be available shortly.
  13. Question:
    How should I text items to my Remindo Rhino account?
  14. Answer:
    You can seperate items by using commas to make one item per line show up on your list if you are sending more than one item at a time.

  15. Question:
    What should I do if I change my phone number or get a new service provider?
  16. Answer:
    Just log into your account and put your new number in or change your service provider. Then save it.
